ITS6000 RealTIME Transmitter Synchronization

Optional on Versions 6010 & 6020

This option may be added to any ITS6000 Transmitter System to minimize interference in signal overlap areas. Oscillation phase-lock (PLL) to a common reference carrier allows all radio stations in the system to overlap coverages with minimal heterodyne. No external wire lines are required to achieve stability. RealTIME stabilizes the frequency of each transmitter in the system internally, without an independent interlink.

Coverage areas may be overlapped and phase synchronized, making it possible for the first time to minimize co-channel interference among HAR stations, increasing broadcast quality and coverage. Typical station separation is 5-7 miles.
