ISS Installation Services

ISS provides 2 affordable, time-efficient service packages:

Shared responsibility that allows customers to prepare sites with ISS handling such aspects as electronic tuning, testing, product installation, FCC-required documentation, staff training and custom materials. See "Typical Customer Involvement in Site Prep" below.
Turnkey services in which ISS handles everything.

In either scenario, ISS provides an illustrated instruction manual with every system purchased.

Typical Customer Involvement in Site Preparation

The customer and/or customer's subcontractor are responsible for the physical preparation of the transmitter/antenna location. This includes installation of the antenna support (wood pole or ISS-provided antenna stand), ISS-provided cabinet, coaxial cable and groundplane as well as the provision of power and telephone services into the cabinet. The customer also provides access to any pre-shipped components and to the transmitter and antenna locations to facilitate installation and tuning electronic components. Depending upon the style of the installation, excavation work, conduit and electrical service components (such as circuit breakers, meters or fuses) and access devices (such as a ladder or bucket truck) may be included.
